Emoji Font 二毛字體

A Chinese font is created with emojis and kaomoji.

Emoji font was created as my final project for Applied Chinese typography accidentally. It was designed to be emotional, cute, and energetic. Each word expresses different feelings according to its meaning or association.

Ideas came from my previous class exercise in the first lesson. We were asked to design our name with a style representing ourselves. I used many circles to create my class work as I personally like circles very much. 

When we came to the final project which was designing a new typeface for 36 words, I started it based on the style I was working on in class exercise. Then I found they looked cute and interesting with an emotional face. Therefore, I further worked on this emotional typeface.
